Mr. Charles Willliam "Chuck" Pothoff, age 66, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on January 17, 1950 to William & Eleanor (Edlund) Pothoff and served his country for 21 years in the US Air Force until retiring in 1989. He married the former Ann Marcil Deiters on March 22, 1986. After his retirement from the Air Force, Chuck worked for Radium Photo as a Precision Photographic Pro and then for Hackley Hospital and Phoenix Crematory Services. Chuck's family always came first and his grandchildren were the sunshine in his day. He was a diehard U of M football fan who enjoyed music, Muskegon's sand dunes, golfing and regular trips to Disney World with the family. His kind heart and quick laugh will be missed.
