Mr. Charles Ivan Hansen, age 79, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on April 30, 1938 to Charles & Flossie (Leonard) Hansen. Mr. Hansen worked as a horse trainer, a hair dresser and then as a custodian for Muskegon Public Schools for many years until retiring. Charles was a member of the Muskegon Conservation Club and enjoyed sailing. He was very artistic and liked playing the piano.

SURVIVORS

Brother, Mark (Kimberly) Hansen of Ortonville; sister, Kristi (Thomas) Young of Spring Lake; nieces and nephew, Jill Kahler, Dana Adams, Linsey Hansen, Lucas Hansen. Charles was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Ruth Ann Hansen

SERVICE

Thursday, December 21, 2017, 1:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Dale Clock as Celebrant. Interment in Egelston Township Cemetery. MEMORIAL: Noah Project.
