Mr. Charles Leo Frazier, age 85, passed away Friday, January 19, 2018. He was born in Epoufette, Michigan on March 10, 1932 to Charles & Isabelle (Bellant) Frazier and served his country in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He married the former Delphine Wartella on October 2, 1954. Mr. Frazier had been an engineer for many years with the University of Michigan on the Inland Seas and Laurentian in Grand Haven. He retired after 10 years from the City of Grand Rapids as a supervisor in the Water Department. He was a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. Chuck enjoyed deer & turkey hunting, fishing & trapping. He will be greatly missed.

Wife of 63 years, Delphine; children, Sherry Frazier (John Rogers) of Michigan, Jeffrey (Sherry Anne) Frazier of Midland, Peggy (Mark) Rayner of Muskegon, Christopher Frazier of Grand Haven; grandchildren, Rachel (Jimmy) Guthrie, Jamey Keena, Kara (Thomas)Frazier- Coxey, Jacob Rayner & Adam Rayner; great grandchildren, Ashley Borgeson & Anthony Curtis; brothers, Ronald (Tillie) Frazier, Arnold (Lorraine) Frazier; sisters, Marlene Grondin, Katheryn Lawnichak, Nora Frazier; brothers-in-law, Ken (Fayda) Mills, Mick (Maricarol) Wartella, Chuck (Mary) Wartella. He was preceded in death by his parents; children, Lori & baby son, Gerald; grandson, Jason Curtis and several brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law.

SERVICE

Saturday, January 27, 2018, 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at United Lutheran Church with Rev. Dennis Dufon officiating and Military Honors.
